Natasha Velez is the Founder and CEO of NVS Strategic Solutions, Inc., a woman-owned small business that empowers organizations to grow, win, and thrive in the government marketplace. With more than two decades of experience spanning federal contracting, financial leadership, proposal management, and executive mentorship, Natasha is known for combining compliance precision with bold growth strategy.
As a Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM) and CF APMP professional, Natasha has led and supported over 1,000 federal proposals contributing to more than $1B in contract awards.
Her background includes serving as CFO for a $25M+ government contractor, where she directed DCAA/DCMA audit readiness, indirect rate strategy, and pricing for complex RFPs and GWAC/IDIQ pursuits. She understands both the technical and financial mechanics required to compete and scale in GovCon.
Natasha is also a nationally recognized speaker, educator, and co-host of the GovCon Hacks podcast. Through accredited training programs, executive coaching, and hands-on proposal leadership, she has mentored hundreds of small businesses, with a special focus on minority, women-owned, veteran, and disadvantaged entrepreneurs.
